Found, the new fabulous and upscale consignment clothing store, has quickly become a local favorite for the "experienced", as well as the novice shopper. The idea for the store's chic/hip interior was conceived by its owner, Meredith Bennett.
Meredith's concept for Found started years ago when she was involved in a family business; an upscale children's consignment store. After a decade of success, her life became filled with marriage and children.
Years later at an exciting crossroads in her life, it seemed like the perfect time to launch Found. With her two grown children heading off to college, now was the time to break loose. With her energetic spirit and love of fashion, Meredith, a people person, discovered Davis Square; an electric area of Greater Boston.
The Found family is unique. It is comprised of individuals who are dedicated to making each and every customer happy. The fabulous finds would not be possible without mentioning Meredith's life long friend Fern Hammer, also known as "FOUND's gatherer". Her flamboyant personality and a countrywide Rolodex of friends and acquaintances have helped to lure clothing from the major fashion capitals of the world.
Here at Found the split is 60/40 which means the consignment shop would keep 60% of the selling price of each item, and you, the consignor, would get 40%.
